Strengthening Connections: Upgrading ASYV Alumni Management System and Tech Infrastructure

Anushka Satpute and Annie Zhang collaborated with the Agahozo-Shalom Youth Village (ASYV) to enhance the organization’s Alumni Management System (AMS) and implement best practices for technology infrastructure.

During their project with Agahozo-Shalom Youth Village, student consultants Anushka Satpute and Annie Zhang played a vital role in upgrading the Alumni Management System to improve engagement and streamline data management for ASYV's alumni community. Their efforts led to a more efficient AMS that facilitates better tracking of alumni interactions and performance analysis. In addition to the AMS enhancement, they worked on strengthening the organization’s overall technology infrastructure by recommending best practices for software usage and data management. This project significantly improved ASYV’s ability to connect with its alumni network and foster ongoing relationships, ultimately supporting the organization's mission of empowering Rwandan youth and ensuring a lasting impact on their lives.
